This seems to be the most accurate info from TOB:
" Well, I stopped in to check my mail yesterday and they have a big banner saying that they will be closing as of March 15! They have a English speaking fellow there who explained that the only effect it will have on us is that we will now pick up our mail at the IShop Mail Center at the Laguna Mall (opposite Walmart). He told me that we should continue to pick up our mail at the usual location until March 15. He also said that we would have a box at the new place. The good news is that they will continue to honor our contracts until they expire and we do not have to go through an address change."

Hard to argue with border crosser having seen the above mentioned banner yesterday.

MBE, as a franchise operation, is closing as stated above.  All customers are being transferred to IShop with exactly the same mailing address.  IShop is located at Centro Laguna in the strip facing the Carretera next to HSBC.
