CFE has some built in security. Unlike up north where I can sell my excess electricity to the power utility for money, each billing period; here when I generate excess electricity it goes into my account and should I not generate enough electricity during a cloudy month, I can use the excess electricity that I added to my account to help pay for my shortfall.
