Car Rental Empty Car Rental

I have family coming to visit. They will be staying in Chapala and need to rent a car for about a week. Where can they rent a car locally? Or should I advise them to rent a car at the airport?

Mark Turford has a variety of rentals (333-398-9045)

Ron Young rents out old VW's beetles for $1800 mxn per week (765-6387). No AC though.

Airport rentals are quite expensive. Usually about $57 US per day once they tack on their mandatory insurance.

Marks rentals are about $30 - $35 USD per day and include insurance.
