My fiancée and friends, while in Miami had this and the ladies loved it. Surprisingly simple to make or so she says. So I was bored and looking through our recipe treasure trove and decided someone else might like to try it.

Doncellita
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur, chilled
1 tablespoon evaporated milk, chilled
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Pour the coffee liqueur into a clear shot glass. Very slowly add the evaporated milk in a thin stream. The drink should separate into 2 layers, with the milk on top. Gently add the cherry and serve right away.

Being curious about the origin of word doncellita, I decided to investigate. Doncellita is slang for nipple. That's not what I needed to know. Thank goodness she'll be home soon!

lol!

Well for me, I will stick with scotch on the rock's and a gute Deutsch-Bier.

A sissy drink only valuable in enticing females into bed which, granted, may be a worthy goal at a certain age although a bit of a mindless pursuit at age 69 unless you have failed to redirect your energies since they were directed toward mitigating acne.

The best cocktail of all:

Take one large glassful of Herradura Blanco Tequila
1/2 Glassful of Grand Marnier
The juice of two limes

Drink the Herradura straight up and throw that other crap away alternating the straight tequila with the following chaser:

Sangrita a la Dawg

One Cup of tomato juice
1/2 Cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
The juice of two freshly squeezed Colima limes
1/2 bottle of Tabasco Sauce or a salsa piquante of your choice
Five cloves of mashed fresh garlic
A dash or two of Worcestershire Sauce

Skip the frou-frou drinks unless you are chasing tail.

I always bring a couple of bottle's NOB to make my Michelada's. Nothing like a few of them with breakfast.

I have found the michelada goldmine! In fact I am going to make some after I go shopping. Too bad I'll have to settle for key lime, but that's the sacrifice us mere mortals have to live with! You could substitute clamato also for a variation.

Saludos amigo.
