Housesitter needed

I may need a housesitter, well someone to be in a house all the time to stop people from stealing it, be there to have possession and not leave, anybody want the job?  People in Chapala go into vacant homes and squat and there is a potential situation here I may need someone to be there all the time until people see that the place is occupied.

Home is not really very habitable.

Lemme get this straight. You need a house sitter for a house that is not habitable so squatters don't habitate it?

Pool was half full with green water. We solved the issue and at the moment looks like no squatters, part was habitable, enclosed with kitchen and bedroom.

How about a big mean dog with sharp teeth??

People can poison dogs or let them out, the squatter had 2. Dogs cant call the police when someone tries to get possession.

Squatting for possession is a popular sport down here. People look for abandoned properties to break into and take possession. Houses left by deceased residents are easy targets.

Many residents here don't have deeds for the properties they occupy or rent or otherwise use. The Land Registry in Chapala has many secrets.
