water exercise group seeking new members

Our group meets at The Purple Door spa in San Juan Cosala M-W-F from 3 to 4. We follow a routine of stretching exercises. Some of us use floaties on our arms or feet to increase water resistance and build muscle power. This is a beautiful spa on the Lake with very clean salt-treated pool water, solar heated, and they have a changing room. The exercise is especially good for people who have arthritis or are building up strength after a knee or hip replacement.

Fee is 30 p per person per session, which goes toward the pool upkeep.

BTW, we usually do not go when the weather is lousy like today! You might want to PM me before going if the weather is iffy.
