La Bambola/Pepe & Auroras

For the best fish you'll ever eat, try the Cognac Fish at La Bambola. It is outstanding and Pepe and Aurora are wonderful hosts. Also have great Pepe's burger and pizza. They're located on the Ajijic-Joco Carretera just past La Huerta on the north side of the road. Used to be called Aurora's.

What kind of fish is used for "Cognac Fish"?

Not sure but it's a very moist white fish and is delicious.
