Mail delivery from Canada to Ajijic

What is the general time for airmail from Canada to Ajiijic? Our friends sent us a letter about 4 weeks back. Thank you!

I think you are now entering your "delivery arrival time zone." The whole process is kinda like " the twilight zone." The next two weeks should tell. Be of good faith.

It depends.....on what, I don't know. I received a piece of junk I didn't really need in 8 days, a speed record. On the other hand registered mail from Revenue Canada took 7 weeks. So far nothing has gone missing but it does take forever.

For me the ime varies greatly except for the refund check from a few years ago from the US that I never received...no problm with junk mail. it does arrive.

I received a letter sent 1-24 this week.  Still looking for two sent 1-2.

Must depend on which burro they use

We got 2 christmas cards from San Diego the first of this month.

Average 2-3 months for us though I've seen up to 5 months.

We have had a PO box in Jocotepec for the past 12 years, and delivery from Canada is anywhere from 15 to 30 days, except at Christmas. This is for reg. mail

Yep, we usually get our Xmas cards, that were sent in mid December from Vancouver , in late February or early March. This is the only mail we get down here. Everything else is either on-line or looked after by someone at our address in Canada.

Don't hold your breath waiting for it. It will get here, but when, will be manana.
It is Mexico's way of getting everyone to use the internet.

I got some forms from Ontario postmarked December 4th. Arrived this week.

It use to be about 3 months when we moved here, then they got real good and it was 4 - 6 weeks for years now they are back to 3 months again, heard they are holding everything up in MX city.

It used to take about 3 weeks but lately it has been 10 to 14 weeks. Last week I got 2 Christmas cards mailed in early December.

I know that mail from December was held up in Mexico City. This was mailed about four weeks ago. They did not send it registered, it is a postal money order. (The post office in canada told them two weeks). Thank you for the help!

we get credit cards,gummint documents,etc. from canader and that sorta stough ain't much worse than snail mail in canader. xmas mail is a whole difernt matter. just got my son's xmas card mailed from italy this week. registered is usually about 3 weeks.
