I bought ribeyes there yesterday too.  Very inexpensive but way too tough, never again.  I'll stick with Costco.

I get my bacon at Tony's, always excellent and cut the way I like it, thick.

The Corona bacon is my favorite. Try their jamon de pierna if you want sliced ham or the pechuga de pavo if you want sliced turkey breast. El Torito has all three. The Surtidor in Chapala all carries the Corona brand. Perhaps the Surtidor in Ajijic also sells Corona cold cuts.
