Finiquito

I think I must have lost what little bit of my mind that I used to have.....I thought I read a thread about paying the finiquito/termination to an employee but now can't find it here or on the other forum. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Please!

Here is Rolly's information on the finiquito.  It has the best information on what and how to pay it.  Altho Rolly's info is a little dated I believe it's pretty accurate but I don't know if anyone is updating his website since his passing.
