water and sewer line info

I am looking at a lot in Ajijic to build on. I need information on the cost of hooking up water and sewer lines. Who would I ask?

Yes on the street below the carretera behind Farmacia Guadalajara.They handle water connections and sewage connections.

I just paid $3000 pesos to get another sewage connection line for a new washroom I am putting in. This included their labor to dig it out and their pipe to my new rajistro (sp). That is why 16th de Sept was closed near the LCS yesterday..........lo siento.

I paid $12,000.00 pesos to get water and sewer for a lot 8x21 meters in size This also included my water fee for the rest of the year
