FAKE PURCHASE PRICE ENTERED ON DEED??
Has anyone had luck having a false purchase price reflected on Deed corrected to Real cost? Turns out mine was shown - 10 years ago - (when I was a neophyte ..... and , verbally translated to English @ time of signing) as being almost 50% of what I really paid for the property. Tax problems (significant losses) looming for me, should I decide to sell (even with 5yr peso/$$ exemptiom)!! Input, please.

There is nothing you can do as you cant say you fibbed then and now you want to fess up, we have gone over it in classes as it affects many people with the changes in the law in 2010. What is your issue? Capital Gains can be dealt with using tax appraisals or exemption or perhaps other creative ideas.
