Papeleria
Looking for a papeleria that can print from a flash drive onto card stock. Except Trinidad, they're closed for awhile.
TIA

Re: Papeleria
Thanks, Hickton.
I went there today and the meth head in the parking lot snubbed out his cigarette and came in to help me. He was pretty crusty. After screwing around with my simple 8 page PDF print job unsuccessfully, he tried to turf it over to a more clean cut guy who said no - mumble mumble. Finally meth guy quoted me 10 pesos/page and asked if I could come back at 4 and I said sure. Not.
Luckily, Trinidad was open and they did it in about 20 min for 5 and 2 pesos per page. It was an excellent job too!

Is that Trinidad across from the Coca Cola center that last I heard was closed and gone? Back, never left or relocated? Hope it is the same people.

Re: Papeleria
That's the place, but not the same people. The people who bought it are very nice, the shop is staffed by a man and his two teenage sons who are all bi-lingual and very helpful. They may not have a lot of business experience but will bend over backwards to help you, at least that has been my experience with them on 2 well done printing jobs. Nice folks.

I'd try the one in Plaza Montana.

Moved across from Oxxo, larger, but same people and just as nice.

I like that papeleria too, nice people. I avoid that whole congestion alley-way though, unless I have no other choice.

I am with Trailrunner. That whole section is to be avoided unless all other options have failed -- or I am jonesing for Bruno's hamburger and fries.

The car washer from across the street will come over and stop traffic for you. Just catch his eye and give him a tip.

That is the least of the stress of getting to and back from that area.

Nice people and well stocked. If you need to made a special order (like multiple poster boards), they get them in promptly.
Good variety of art supplies, too.
