Manuel, the founder and original owner of Restaurant Manix in Ajijic passed away during the night March 22. Manuelito is a very well know person in Ajijic, he has been teaching Sunday school to children in Ajijic for more then 25 years. He was heavily involved in bringing back old traditions to the newer generations. I have no infor mation on the wake and funeral. Descansa en Paz Manuel.

There will be a mass today at 7:00pm at San Andres church in Ajijic. Then a vigil at the Capillary following the mass. Burial will be tomorrow in Ajijic

The burial procession for Manuel will start at 4pm. Leaving restaurant Manix at 4, heading east to Marcos Castellanos turn north toward church, turn left at parriquia/hidalgo heading west to ocampo to the cemetery. Everyone is welcome to acompany Manuel to his final resting.
