To go to Guadalajara, is the libramiento road work finished or is it still tar and gravel conditions?

Only three people working on the North side of the road near the fire station. With one flagman slowing traffic slightly at that point this afternoon. The road looked pretty good, better than before.

Its fine just look out for the gravel on the edges of the road or where other roads join main road. Use common sense.

That they are leaving a two inch tire grabbing ridge on both sides of the road seems like maybe they are taking a vacation before finishing the job....I hope.
