Gossip Opens Second Location in Rose Bowl, San Antonio Tlay

We ate at Gossip's Kitchen today and learned that they are opening a second location in San Antonio. We drove by and saw them working on the top floor, getting ready for opening day. The new restaurant, we were told, will be open for breakfast and lunch, 8am - 5pm. One person told us it will open on Wednesday, the guys working on site told us Friday.

Anyway, watch for it. Also, Gossip's Kitchen has a new and improved menu with standards from the old menu and some good addition - Shells from Hell (crab in coconut) and satay. They added a starters/sharing section to the menu. There is an updated review on the Lake Chapala Restaurant Guide.

And the locations in SAT has parking, thank goodness.  It should be a good addition to the area.  The original Gossip's now has 3 different rice bowls.

And the street name and number is?

It is the old "Hole in One" driving range facility. The new restaurant upstairs is called the Avocado Club according to the sign.
