Camera not working on cell phone Empty Camera not working on cell phone

I have a hand-me-down HTC cell, model PN07130. The camera works great for daytime photos but at night all I get through the viewfinder is a rose colored view...no images. Does anyone have experience with this and is it repairable? TIA
