Around Guadalajara I have seen Pemex fuel stations rebranded as Petro 7. These are the ones that have 7-11's anchoring them. Is this the beginning of the privatization plan?

I also saw a couple of other names on my trip last week. Should be Gulf (east coast) and Texaco (Chevron) at some point. With my data I would say the answer is yes. We have all seen the Oxxo gas signs.

I see on their website that they have a Loyalty Card program where you earn redeemable points with every fill up.
