Chapala crowds Empty Chapala crowds

I was going to through Chapala today, from the Haciendas, but when I got to the light, it was backed up as far as I could see, and the sidewalks were filled on both sides. Been here 7 years and don't what was going on. Any clues?

Revolution Day Parade today in Chapala, Monday in Ajijic so beware of traffic
