Please help and look for this boy, he has had a very difficult time in the last month or so, He was hit by a car, rescued and broken front leg casted. He developed an infection under the cast necessitating amputation. Through it all he has been very good and gentle. He may be in the area of Villa Nova as he is familiar with a house there. I was walking a large Black dog when he got startled by a stray dog he pulled out of his collar and took off down the Cara Terra towards Ajijic. Boy had one of his front legs amputated about 2 weeks ago so he would be easy to spot. He was at the Pemex just east of Canacinta when this happened. He is a foster so will not know the area if you spot him please call 333-903-1685. This is a very gentle dog. He has a flash of white fur on his neck. Thank you

I think the designation "boy" is a little misleading. The original posting really should have said dog. Boy seems to refer to a child.
I will however keep a lookout. Hope he is found.

I hope he is found, too. The thing about referring to dogs as "boys" and "girls" is a trend I hadn't seen until I moved here. One poster on TOB had such a glowing description of a "beautiful blond girl" that I didn't figure out it was a real bitch until the next post.....and I'm surprised some of the lonely guys around here didn't rush to "adopt" her. Heh, heh.

Not sure, but we may have seen "Boy" yesterday (Tues) morning at around 9:30 am, on 16th Septiembre about 3 blocks east of LCS. A black 3-legged dog, in any case.
