LA BIKINA - Anyone been there yet?
LA BIKINA is in the place on Ocampo where Pedro's Gourmet used to be. I understand they had a big opening party on Saturday night and wonder if anyone has any information or experience to share.

Just what we don't need, one more restaurant with no place to park.

John........you really are in a mood today. Who put the chili powder in your oatmeal?
There is plenty of on-street parking in that area. We never had to park more than half a block away when Pedro's was there. Much more parking available than at, say, Laurent.

Your restaurant "reviews" are starting to make a lot of sense. Can't drive or park = bad.
Let's keep La Bikina off the forum. It'll do fine without the "ajijic dining club".

I don't get it. Why keep the restaurant "off the forum"? BTW, There is no Ajijic dining club. That's John and his neighbors.
There is plenty of parking right across the street, around the corner and down the block. Much more than many other restaurants that John's praises highly. However, I've heard the rumor that La Bikina is serving Mexican food.........which John openly admits he doesn't like.
I'd like to hear from someone who has actually eaten there, whether it be one person or ten.
