Try the dental supply store next door to dentist, Dra. Candy in the Laguna Mall by HSBC.

My Phillips brand I bought at Costco is still motoring after 10 years. Given that it should pack it in manana. Got 5 years out of my first Costco sourced Phillips electric tooth brush. Happy mouth. My brushing routine. Put some coconut oil on brush, then baking soda, a dab of non chemical saturated tooth paste and have at er. Nice thing about the Phillips product from Costco, it came with a "travel pack".
