While not the least expensive I think he is one of the best around. I have used him many times.

Have gone through half a dozen plumbers in the past 6 years - here's the one we use now, he is from San Nicolás. He put in a water filter for us last year, installed our new solar water heater a few months ago (works GREAT!), and re-configured our well pump/pressure tank setup so it works better.
