Tried that in also tried in 3 different browsers. Can't get http://lakesideemergencyinfo.weebly.com/index.html to work in any of them.

Didn't work for me either. I'll see what I can find.

I found this link to a website that has some emergency numbers and a down loadable PDF.

Thanks Bob. I have the emergency numbers, but was actually looking for Lakeside Personal Emergency Information Kit with all the various downloadable forms.

I clicked on the link you posted, and it worked for me. I'm using Mac OSX and Chrome as my browser. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Worked for me too. Windows 10 and Internet Explorer 11

Pretty strange. I'm using Windows 8.1 and tried with IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Same result every time ... "Page Unavailable". Frustrating to say the least.

I get "Server not found" with Firefox.

I am one of the creators of Lakesideemeergency. Our web designer died a few years ago and my partner and I are not able to update the site. LCS was given permission to use any of our material with their program. Check with them to see if they have the forms. Linda
