Smoke House restarant

Wanted to give a plug to the SmokeHouse restaurant in West Ajijic, just east of the La Huerta event center and the location of the Tues. market.
They have excellent smoked meats, such as brisket, ribs, pulled pork, hamburgers, etc. Also all their sides are top notch as well.
The best I have found for this type of fare in either the Chapala area or Guadalajara.

I agree and have been meaning to post something for a while about The SmokeHouse. I went there way back when it was new and operated by someone else. Didn't like it and never returned. Then two different people encouraged me to give it another try a few months ago as it was being operated differently. I can't stop ordering the brisket!

What time do they open and what day are the closed?

Not sure....will ask the next time there.  Definitely not for breakfast and to at least 8PM in the evening, probably later on weekends.

I thought the fellow that owns Adelita´s owns the Smoke House.
