I have looked all over the government websites but can't find how early one can renew a Mexican passport before the expiration date. Anyone know or have a link? TIA

I don't know if there is a limit if you want to spend the money.
I usually renew mine (a 10 year passport) 6 months early due to foreign countries wanting this. Some countries don't like to admit you if you have less than 6 months on your current passport.

Law says you can renew any time after issue
