Looking for sleeping pill or sleep aid

Exercise is not the solution for all depression and insomnia. It is a lot more complicated than that.

I've seen Vivinox at Walmart, and also at either Pharmacia Guadalajara or Christiana (in Plaza Bugambilla) - can't remember which.
Walmart also had at one point a made in Mexico version of Vivinox, called something similar and in a similar box. This was in the isles in the pharmacy area, not behind the counter.

Also, the Granery had (as of a month ago or so) a tincture of extracts of many of the same sleep inducing herbs. I haven't tried it yet.
