Question re: household staff annual bonuses when paid by tenants

Can anyone tell me who is responsible for paying aguinaldo when the tenant has been paying the housekeeper & gardener directly? The tenant has moved mid-year but the housekeeper will be following to their new house to continue cleaning there but also continuing to clean for the new tenants as will the gardener, both of whom will again be paid directly by new tenants. Very confusing! Any help appreciated, TIA.

The employer pays the finiquito (severance), whoever that may be.
And if they don't, that is who the legal action will be taken  against.
Some property owners have been absentee for years. The new tenants should make sure their help is OK with the arrangement and definitely get a separate contract stating the beginning of their new employer/employee relationship.

The tenants who are moving and taking the housekeeper can pay aguinaldo in Dec. for the whole year. They should also pay year to date aguinaldo and vacation pay now for the gardener.
