Looking for housemate to share lovely home in San Antonio . Large kitchen with island, all top stainless steel appliances...long peninsula separating dining rom with console, large dining table to seat 6 or more...lots of natural light, private bedroom, closet, view of covered patio with couch, loveseat and coffee table, palms and flowers
Shaw TV and Netflix and computer WiFi. (2 42inch Samsung TVs)
Laundry room washer and dryer.
I have housekeeper 3 days a week...will do laundry, mending, windows, floors, she is a cleaning machine (Ha ha) has worked for me for 13 years...very honest and cheerful.
I have 2 Ragdoll cats...very sweet and well behaved.
Gated parking for one car. Also have gardener.
Looking for someone who likes to share morning coffee. The house also has an atrium in center of house.

Asking for a friend, what is the person renting the room like? M/F, age, pets, etc.

Kelly Grier The rent is 7,000 pesos per month...I have 2 well behaved beautiful Ragdoll cats. Kitchen is quite large for two of us to cook together...call me 766-5857,..note that I added that the house has an atrium in center of house..

Might help to add if private bath, male or female, smoker or not, any special conditions?

I'm asking for my EX-wife, now 65, non-smoker, no pets but night want to get a small poodle type dog,, needs WiFi.
