Sometime in the last 6 - 8 months someone posted on here or TOB about taking Costco Canada's timed release 10 mg. Melatonin.

I've tried searching but can't find the post.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

That would be me.  Here's a web page from Jamieson. Look for a store and put in a Canadian postal code - lots of pharmacies in Canada carry it.
