Is there anyone here locally who can repair/replace the cord on a patio umbrella? Mine has broken three times and I would like to try someone else in the hope of getting it repaired. The cord runs up inside the umbrella stand.

These folks do the fabric part but if they can’t do what you require, they might know who can.
