I am having an issue with mex landlord. All my neighbors say the go-to guy is a John Brennan. Does anyone have his number? Refs? I had Spenser review my lease, thank God, req clause in place, now I just need a pitt-bull.. Have no problem continuing w S, but these people rave on about JB's results.. Kinda below S's caliber too, to be just dealing w Bat Shit Crazy... Guess the Tapatios just think we are down here to repair their investment property....? NOT
