ISO Home Cleaning Serivce

I tried Spring Clean but there was no response from her after inspecting my house (it's not *that* bad). She was going to check her schedule and get back to me. Never happened.

Looking at ads I see two other cleaning services:

Ajijic Spring Cleaning and Home Services
Steam Clean

Anyone here have experience with either of these outfits?

I'm looking for regular weekly house cleaning.

I can only say, avoid Tania and Enrique Hernandez. The gals do a good job, but he is a snake you DON'T want in your life...or near your home.

I don't know what name they're operating under these days. He has changed his name on FB at least 4-times in the last 2 years to avoid those he has done wrong.

I have been with spring clean many years and very satisfied. At times Leticia is out supervising her employees and shopping for the cleaning supplies she supplies. I would try again to contact her. She is in and out of the office, so persistence may pay off.

Huh. I've been using Tania and Enrique for 4 years and am happy with the service. (33 1282 5020) Just basic house cleaning once a month or so. I call. They come. They clean. They leave. They also do deep, more thorough cleaning. (I too had to contact them when I couldn't get Leticia at Spring Clean to get back to me. I think sometimes they just have more work than they can handle.)

The only time I've ever seen Enrique was the first time I hired them. No issue.

I think the steam cleaning is fairly new. I am a big fan of this type of cleaning. We tried Spring Clean, but they didn't work out for us - late or leave up to one hour early. This maybe because we are in the hills and the husband had to drive everyone around. I did not like that man - a bad vibe more than anything concrete, and the ladies seemed awkward around him as well.

For those who have a problem contacting Letitia at Spring Clean:  Her cell phone is 331 042 8449.
Her husband speaks no English but is polite and pleasant.  How anyone could get a "bad vibe" from that man is a mystery to me.  I have been dealing with them for ten years.  Nothing is perfect, but I'm satisfied with the service since it gets my house clean without dealing with the complications inherent in having a maid.  YMMV on that, of course.

She doesn't answer her cell phone when I call.

I'm trying one of the other services on Tuesday - Axixic Cleaning or something like that. We'll see.

I used their service yesterday, and the girls did a great job.

Glad it worked out. The women who come and clean work hard. I just hope they get the lion's share of the money.
