Yes, several people commented that it did not sound right. This included at least two people who had talked with staff members at EB. What is scary is the number of people who commented with immediate belief and outrage, no questions asked. “Boycott that place!” “He should be arrested!” “Blah, blah, blah.” Someone put it on the internet so it’s true.

And the most unreliable of the unreliable is the individual posting their own version of reality with no proof, evidence, or outside verification of any kind. Those who swallow whole without question are the enablers of the attention seekers.

I personally know people who have been kicked out of Barco for criticizing something so it's not too far fetched and it's not the first time I have heard that Carlos says he hates gringos.

You would have to go ask him. I personally don't go there for the reasons I cited above.

If anyone does go there and gets a different version of events please do post it.

I don't go there - consistently feels not pleasant, even creepy to me. Like the wait staff resent their job or you. Was talking to a woman tonight who had her purse brazenly stolen @ EB recently - by a gringa w dreadlocks. camera caught part of it, but not much going to happen in that environment.
