Ilox - Another Telmex in the making

I'm one on their prepaid customers who finally got service a couple on months ago.

I received my second bill last night asking for 150 pesos for "other charges". No explanation anywhere on the statement. My first statement was, as expected, zero balance.

Maybe they're charging me for asking about their unusable included phone service.

We'll find out this morning at ilox. Anyone else run into this?

My first bill included an installation fee. Can't remember how much.

I went to ilox this morning. After 15 minutes of searching and a phone call I was told there was a mistake and it would be corrected.

i wonder if my next experience will be having the service suspended?
