Are they trying to tell us something?

With the economy and markets in free fall the banks could easily declare a bank holiday. Then you can’t use your credit or debit cards or withdraw money. On top of that you’re on self-isolation. It would be nice to have some cash under the mattress.

And bank holiday in Mexico doesn't preclude being able to the an ATM.
