Any suggestions for the purchase of the above item (smoked pork loin) that you think is the best. I´m sure it is available in some form at most butcher shops and super markets.

I have bought it prepared at Walmart and Soriana, usually closer to holidays, but they stuff it with something really weird that I just can't swallow.

I believe that Ranger (of Ranger's BBQ) will do smoked anything piggy for you...
CBob, do you remember Ginger who used to pick up her order from him when he delivered on Saturday's in front of SuperLake?

I miss her posts as well but have no idea why she's not posting. I have been in contact with her as recently as two weeks ago. She is annoyed with AT&T and Telcel because there's no signal in her house. We discussed antenna options.
So, as of two weeks ago, she was fine.

I am sure the Smokehouse would do a special order smoked pork loin for you. His rub is pretty powerful, so might want to ask for half strength.

Well, nice surprise to be mentioned.  Just reading.  I’m too crabby to be sociable.  I have a dog at the vet that woke up paralyzed Sunday but seems to just be an expensive bone spur, rats have moved back into my car engine and my fairly new Kindle died among other cheerful events but some good news too.  An elderly friend gave me a bunch of AA miles so if American Airlines cooperates (doubtful) I’ll be booking a Biz class ticket to London late this summer for next July or August.  

Hope you all stay well and now, back to reading. Very Happy

I was thinking the same thing, asking Amador.  We just had some of his smoked pork hocks and they were excellent.  This isn´t for me but I think it is a good suggestion.

Obviously more brain cells have died (not that I could spare any.) It turns out my year old Kindle didn’t die, where it plugged in to be charged came loose so it didn’t charge. Selling it for half price (1750 Mxp) here and on Beg, Buy, Barter on Facebook.
