I read that article too. Had no idea the narcos were using cell towers for their own radio equipment. I wouldn't want to be a maintenance guy.

Years ago, a friend was a lineman for the phone company. He always carried a dummy wallet to throw down to criminals threatening to shoot him if he didn't turn over his money. I don't know how many times that worked, but he's still alive.
