I'm thinking only Canada and USA have Prime Video. I get it with my USA account but only content that isn't geolocked (without VPN) in the watch while abroad section.

No, there is Prime TV in Mexico. I go back and forth with my VPN as they have different content.

I have Mexico amazon prime account which I set up with my BOA account, but I auto pay monthly with my Bancomer account no problems...
