Who can I complain to about low flying planes and  ultralites? Almost low enough to pick my avocados.

Buy a paint ball gun. Freeze about 500 paint balls. Next time they fly over spray them. They won't be back over your property again.

Ha.....you could probably bring an ultralite down with frozen balls. Unfrozen would be good enough........
