Sterens has many quality products. If you buy one that needs installation, do yourself a favor and hire someone other than them to install.
I was charged a ridiculous installation fee. The techs show up without the proper tools or even electricians tape to install a new intercom system.
I had to rewire it myself the next day because their wire connections came undone. $1,500 pesos for an incompetently done job.
I hope to save someone else a headache.

You should have taken pictures of the sloppy work and gone back to Steren to show them. They may have refunded you the installation charge.
