I think you should contact the LCS. I was not aware that the LCS gave the vaccine for the variants of Pneumococcal bacteria.
I do know that they give the quadrivalent vaccine against the flu VIRUS.

edited to add: Ooops. Sorry. But I still think you should contact them with your question...
