Quinta San Carlos in San Pedro Tesistan

John, Just wondering if you have tried this restaurant just past Roca Azul on the south side of the lake. Actually it's a hotel and spa, but I went for lunch with a group of friends on Sunday and the food was good and presentation beautiful. It's right on the lake - just past Roca Azul. You have to watch for the sign to turn left then drive down the cobbled road. If you go on a week day you have to press the security button and they will open the door - lots of parking inside. They had a wedding party there but were still able to set up a table for us under a canopy near the lake. One of the nicest restaurants I've been to in a long while. It's part of the restored hacienda group.
