The stand in front of the Coke plant is gone, replaced by a mariscos stand. There is a key cutter beside Scallion restaurant, and another heading west out of town. There is my favourite in Chapala, but parking is abysmal. I live in Riberas... has anyone seen this guy or someplace else in the vicinity?

He moved to the other side of the street next to the drapery/curtain rod shop.

I always use the guy by Scallions and the keys he cuts always work.
I THINK that the guy that was in front of the coke plant is now on the opposite side of the highway... west of the Papeleria... kinda tucked under the trees.
