Since the Rio Verde dumps into the Santiago close to the Guad Zoo, how do you think it would affect Lake Chapala?

The lake drops about 100 cm each year. The only authorized source to remove water directly from the lake is Guadalajara. I suspect they draw a lot more than 11 cm as the remaining 90 cm couldn't be from evaporation.

I don't remember how much Dr. Stong said how much is lost from evaporation.

I.ve seen PIPA vendors drawing directly from the lake!

Well that may only be legal if they delivered to Guadalajara and even at that I suspect it's not legal.
