My Telcel app

I use my Canadian cell phone here with a Telcel sim. I have tried to download the My Telcel app here and it doesn't show in Google Play. I am not on a VPN so that shouldn't be a problem, I think. Back in Canada I use a VPN for MX and it still doesn't show up in Google Play.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I do pay my account online but would like the app if possible.

Hmmm.....that's interesting. I had the reverse problem with trying to put the Canadian Scotia Bank App on my cell phone. I eventually used a VPN set for a Canadian server and it showed up in the Play store. Its a long shot but maybe download a VPN and set it for Mexico.
