If you were referring to Telmex’s Infinitum being down yet again, our Infinitum service has been down (or simply “dead,” take your pick) in Ajijic near Casa Linda Ristorante since last Thursday, Jan. 13.

Much wailing over this, as you might imagine...with repeated calls to local and Mexico City HQ not revealing either the cause of this long term outage or its expected fix.

Anyone else in west Ajijic having this problem? Never thought I’d be grateful for my Ilox back-up, but there you have it.
