Online Payment Portal for Chapala Predial is Working!

I wasn't able to use my US credit card (no surprise, I couldn't use it online last year either).

But I was able to generate and print a payment coupon with the necessary bar codes to pay it at either BBVA or OXXO (which is what I did last year).

BTW the bill was higher than last year by 14.5%

For anyone needing a virtual Mexican Credit Card (they also provide a physical card) check out Cuenca.  It's a prepaid Mastercard and you can fund it from your bank very easily with a service called WISE.  The Cuenca app is in the Google Playstore.  You can sign up fore WISE here: https://wise.com/us/

I paid my refrendo and predial using the Cuenca Mastercard.  Not to mention many other Mexican services.

fyi, there is no commission charged for making the payment at BBVA.

A good reason to pay online (this is dated Jan. 23rd)

Printed off the invoice and paid at OXXO on Jan 24. I have a receipt from OXXO, but still can't print a receipt from the government......it says "receipt not found". I went back to where it shows what is owed and it says I owe $00.00.
Should I worry?

Same here.  Same payment date (but at BBVA).  Same 00.00 balance.  I looked at my 2021 paperwork and all I have is the payment invoice and the BBVA receipt, so I never printed (or saw??) the official receipt last year either.

I was able to download and print my recipet but BE CAREFUL I ended up paying twice. When I paid online with my BBVA card it said "payment failed" so I printed off the document to take to OXXO. I paid there and a few hours later I received a auto text from BBVA saying the payment just went through.
