found out today that I have Atrial Fibrilatipn sp but I have meds so hope it will keep me going for a while

You may want to check & see if you have sleep apnea as well .. Google A-fib & sleep apnea for more info regarding their association, but..

If it’s recent onset, the sooner you convert, the better. Sometimes it can be done with medication and sometimes you have to be cardioverted..
I had afib when I was in my thirties that was taken care of with medication. It went away in a couple of days. Too much coffee followed by heavy drinking. You also may have underlying heart problems so you may need an echocardiogram and maybe heart catheterization
Those with a fib may form blood clots and suffer strokes or other similar problems so you have to be on blood thinners.
Stop stimulants and alcohol for now.
Check your blood electrolyte levels
