Also you can order them at CI Banco. Takes a day or two to arrive.

I went to CI Banco but it was closed. A neighbour sold me some Euros

Yep, it is a little hole in the wall on the east side about 1/2 way between the lake and the plaza. Been there for years. Easy to miss. I've never used it and have no idea of the hours its open.
